Just over a week remains until the next edition of the historic Pikes Peak International Hill Climb, the legendary American hill climb race known worldwide as the “Race to the Clouds.” Meanwhile, SEL’s logistics mission is already well underway.
In recent days, we successfully completed the delivery of the container destined for the Racing Team Faggioli in the United States, where in two weekends’ time the team will take on one of the most fascinating and demanding motorsport competitions in the world. The video accompanying this news shows the delicate grounding operations of the container, a key step to ensure proper handling of the equipment once it reaches its destination.
For the 2026 edition as well, SEL has been selected to manage the team’s international transport, coordinating the shipment of the container from Italy to Colorado Springs. Inside are the race cars, technical equipment, spare parts, and all materials required to face a race that spans nearly 20 kilometers and climbs to over 4,300 meters of altitude.
Every operation has been meticulously planned to ensure timing accuracy and maximum safety during transport, once again confirming SEL’s expertise in managing international motorsport logistics and supporting teams competing on the sport’s most prestigious stages.
Now that the container has arrived at its destination, all focus shifts to the race. We extend our sincere best wishes to Racing Team Faggioli for this new challenge in the mountains of Colorado.
At the end of the competition, SEL will also handle the return transport of the container and materials to Italy, completing a door-to-door logistics service designed to support the team throughout the entire journey.
